The mission of Junksniper.com is to get people recycling and reusing perfectly good household items, rather than simply throwing them away! We’d also like to help put an end to the world’s over reliance on landfill and to help ease the pressure on our dwindling natural resources.
So why let your perfectly useable, old TV, fridge or sofa be buried in the ground or incinerated when there are people out there who are willing to collect it for free and give it a new home! Launched in 2010 Junksniper.com is part of the global gifting movement, where every item on offer is completely FREE of CHARGE!
How does Junksniper.com work?
Junksniper.com is a deal brokerage site specialising in the removal and recycling of hard to shift bulky items (and anything else you’d like to recycle!), but unlike traditional sites where people buy and sell, everything listed on Junksniper.com is available for FREE to anybody willing to collect an item without charge and give it a new home! Junksniper.com simply connects people wanting to re-home or recycle items with people looking for free goods!
Members recycling items on Junksniper.com can list goods completely FREE of CHARGE. In addition, members who wish to commit to collect an item pay absolutely nothing too! Once a quick and easy registration process has been completed, if you want to recycle an item on Junksniper.com, you will be guided through a very simple listing procedure, which includes the ability to upload photographs of the item you want to re-home and the ability to specify how you would like to be contacted.
Similarly once you have registered with Junksniper.com and found a free item you would like to commit to pick up, after hitting the “Collect” button, a message will be sent to your My Junksniper area with information detailing exactly where you can collect the item from and how to contact the recycler to arrange a pick up. You will be sent a comprehensive map, provided by Google Maps and directions showing where the item is located. And remember all this is completely free!

Wanted Advertisements
If case you can’t find exactly what you are searching for on Junksniper.com you can post Wanted Ads absolutely FREE of CHARGE on the Wanted Items Notice Board. Advertisements can be placed for either 7, 10 or 14 days and even up to a month. Wanted Ads will be automatically removed from the Wanted Items Notice Board if a request is fulfilled or if the time period selected has expired. You can also remove Wanted Ads at anytime by logging into your My Junksniper area.
User Rating System
Junksniper.com operates a user rating system allowing members to see how many times a fellow recycler or collector has successfully and safely used Junksniper.com.
Bronze Medal 1-10
Silver Medal 20-30
Gold Medal 30+
Members who fail to meet Junksniper.com's high standard of conduct, in particular by failing to collect an item, risk having their user rating reset to zero, their account suspended for 30 days or their membership terminated.
Please note that Junksniper Limited makes no guarantee or warranty whatsoever ever that any item listed on Junksniper.com will definitely be recycled, picked up or collected.
